I can't recommend Zane highly enough!I've been working with him since early January as I wanted to build my confidence in the gym , having it always felt daunting, as well as make improvements with my running.Zane is incredibly patient, enthusiastic and accommodating, always finding ways to adapt exercises or find ways they work for me. For example, finding a solution in the shape of a folded mat when the weights were digging into my hips during hip thrusts or explaining how dehydration and lack of electrolytes could be the cause of my cramping during hamstring curls. My confidence in the gym has significantly improved and I feel way more comfortable with the gym equipment.He's also very attentive, checking up on my progress with nutrition, solo gym sessions and my runs throughout the week.Working with Zane has helped me remain consistent in my fitness journey and his knowledge on all things fitness related have helped me tremendously.Thank you!
